Our Services

New Patient Appointment

£62 (45 minutes)

If you are new to us, or if you are a returning customer with a new problem or injury you will need a 45 minute New Patient Appointment.

Please also choose this option if it has been over 1 year since you have last been seen, as you will need a re-assessment of your condition.

This gives our physios plenty of time to take your medical history, complete a full assessment, diagnosis and create a treatment plan. We often have time to start some treatment during this session as well.

Follow up Appointment

£56 (30 minutes)

If you have had your assessment and are returning so we can check in and continue your treatment, our 30 minute follow up appointment will be what you will need.

Online Appointment

£50 (30 minutes)

We complete all of our online video assessments using Microsoft teams. You will be emailed a link when you book your appointment which will give you access to the online meeting.

Although online physio may seem like a bit of a strange concept, we can get lots of information from you about your injury or problem, and usually have a pretty good idea what is going with our questions and some movement tests.

We can complete a full assessment, diagnosis and create a treatment plan with you. We often then send out exercises for you to start working on, if this is applicable.

Sports Massage

£40 (30 minutes)

Deep tissue massage techniques to prevent injury, reduce soft tissue tension and maintain optimal condition. The techniques will warm the muscle and increase local blood flow.

Sports massage is also helpful for recovery from workouts and rehabilitation of injuries.

Our physiotherapy home visit service is for people with neurological conditions, such as stroke, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s disease and many others. It removes the stress of getting out in to the community and enables you to be treated in the comfort of your own home.

Treating you in your own environment also allows us to see the difficulties you experience in your day-to-day life and adapt your exercises and treatment accordingly.

Vestibular Rehabilitation

£62 New Patient and Follow-Up (45 minutes)

Vestibular Rehabilitation is designed to help people with dizziness and vertigo arising from the vestibular system, which is our balance centre within our inner ear. Your physiotherapist will assess the cause of your dizziness, and work with you to improve your symptoms. This may include certain manoeuvre's or exercises.

A longer session is needed for this due to the complexity of the vestibular assessment and treatment.
