What does a hand therapy appointment involve?
Your first hand therapy appointment will begin with a specific hand therapy assessment which can take up to 45 minutes. Your physiotherapist will ask questions to understand your symptoms and goals. We will assess your movement, strength and how your hand is functioning day to day.
From this we will aim to diagnose, explain to you in clear terms and create a personalised treatment plan to help you recover.
